Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped and tracking information will be provided via email. Please note that during high-volume periods or holidays, processing may experience slight delays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Timeframes

United States

  • Shipping Time: 7–10 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 9–13 business days (processing + shipping)

International Orders

  • Shipping Time: 5–7 business days

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–10 business days (processing + shipping)

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 to 48 hours. Please monitor your tracking link for the most up-to-date information on your delivery status.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your destination country. inknborn is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages

We take great care in processing and dispatching your orders safely. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal carrier. If your order is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in finding a solution.
